“It’s amazing how many institutions, politicians, decision-makers, heads of corporations will mouth the words ‘Black Lives Matter,’ and yet when it comes to putting actual dollars towards that, it’s not there,” Kosuth said in an interview. “I’m sure Preckwinkle probably in her own heart wants to provide care and is working with a limited budget, but I also feel like these problems have been long-standing.”
