In vaccination, they can be used till the end of next week. Vaccination started at 70 centers on Saturday. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that within a few hours of the start of the campaign, five thousand people were vaccinated. It is noteworthy that Russia is the country to register Sputnik V, the world's first Kovid vaccine. It has received approval from the regulator at the beginning of August itself.

President Putin's daughter and several high officials have administered this vaccine. Earlier this week, the Navy began providing vaccines to its personnel deployed on warships. Russia's Health Minister Mikhail Murashko has said that more than one lakh people of the country have been given vaccine doses at various stages so far. However, this has been questioned by many international experts. It is said that the vaccine was declared safe for use without completing the testing process. It is noteworthy that Sputnik V is undergoing testing in India as well.

The Russian government has said that free vaccine doses will be given to people between 18 and 60 years of age. Two doses of this vaccine, developed by the Gamalia Institute, will be given to prevent corona. Sputnik V vaccine was found to be 91.4 percent effective in an interim analysis of the trial. By the way, two more vaccines from Russia are also currently undergoing testing. On Wednesday, the UK announced a vaccination campaign starting next week with the Corona vaccine developed by Pfizer and biotech companies. But vaccination started in Russia even before the campaign started in Britain.
