BJP President J.P. Nadda takes first dose of COVID-19 vaccine

Today the National President of Bharatiya Janata Party, J.P. Nadda was administered the first dose of vaccine against the coronavirus infection in Delhi. He received a shot of Covaxin, manufactured by Bharat Biotech and ICMR. On Monday, the record of mass vaccination against the pandemic was broken in the country. Over 20 lakh doses were administered to the beneficiaries on the 52nd day of the campaign. Earlier, the record for maximum vaccination in a single day was 15 lakh doses, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. So far, a total of 2.30 crore doses of vaccine have been given to the beneficiaries in India.
