Princess Diana's niece Lady Kitty Spencer, who is known for her connection to the fashion industry and is a friend of the Dolce & Gabbana brand, chose the Milan-based luxury house to dress her for her wedding day. Spencer, who has walked in the Dolce & Gabbana runway show, worked with the Alta Moda team to custom create not one but five different bridal gowns, each one voluminous in the skirt and majestical in the details, from pastel floral appliqué to matching ornate gemstones.
The Victorian-inspired lace number she wore down the aisle came complete with a corseted bodice, poufed shoulders, mockneck, and rows of delicate buttons down the sleeves.
