1. Log into your Cowin account using your credentials.
2. Click on the “Raise an Issue” option visible on the home screen to add details of your passport.
3. Click on the option labelled “add passport details to my vaccination certificate for travelling abroad”.
4. Select the beneficiary from the list available for who you would like to add the details
5. Then enter the passport number of the beneficiary and tick the declaration box at the bottom.
6. Once you are done with entering all the details, click on submit request button at the bottom.

After you have submitted your request, you will receive an SMS on the registered mobile number confirming that your request was submitted. Soon after, you will receive another SMS confirming that your request was updated. However, it is important to note that you can only update your details once and they cannot be changed later on.
